Methods of Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, or COD at this time.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is only applicable non-retail items that are shipped within New York State.

Shipping and Handling
We ship via UPS. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the cleint. During check-out, shipping options and costs are shown (Ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight).

Orders placed on business days by 2:30 PM EST, will usually be processed that business day. Orders placed after that time will usually be processed the next business day.

To make changes to an order that has been submitted on our Store site, please call Customer Service Assistance at 1-800-260-9555. If your order has already shipped and:

Exchange / Return Policy
If you change your mind about a products, picked the wrong size, or its just not for you, Items purchased at the Web Store may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. All Items must have their original tags and labels and must be unused and un-openned. Call or e-mail us for an Exchange / Return form, enclose it, and the item(s) you are returning, ship prepaid to the address on the form.
  • Your account will be credited within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • The Exchange/Return form must be included with your exchange or return, in order for credit to be applied. If the item you are returning is damaged please follow the above. Damaged items being returned will have shipping and handling charges credited to your account.
